Nancy Tafoya has 30 years of senior banking experience, managing risk and origination. She has worked for a range of major banks including WestLB, Security Pacific and Citibank.
Nancy has an MBA from Harvard Business School and is the treasurer and a board member of the Harvard Business School Club of Connecticut Community Partners.

In her consulting practice, Nancy specializes in risk management, strategic planning , organization development and productivity improvement.

In addition to her professional interests, Nancy advises numerous not-for-profit organizations in Connecticut and is a board member of Time for Lyme which combats tick borne diseases.
